European Coatings Show 2023
European Coatings Show (ECS 2023) will be held in Nuremberg, Germany from March 28-30, 2023. The exhibition is held every two years and is co-hosted by the Nuremberg International Expo Group in Germany and Vincentz, the coatings industry media. Since it was first held in 1991, it has been successfully held for fifteen sessions. At present, it has developed into the largest professional exhibition in the overseas coating industry.
At the European Coatings Show in 2019, 1,156 high-quality exhibitors attracted 30,500 professional visitors from 124 countries and regions around the world, with an exhibition area of more than 80,000 square meters. The scale of the exhibition continued to grow compared with the previous exhibition. Both the number and the number of viewers set new records. Among them, the proportion of international buyers from outside Germany reached 64%. During the same period of the exhibition, 144 supporting forums were also held, attracting nearly 800 participants from 54 countries and regions. It is worthy of being the most international coating industry exhibition in the world.
The European Coatings Show covers a wide range of content, including coating raw materials, coating additives, resins, pigments, fillers, adhesives, inks, construction chemicals, experimental and production equipment. The 2019 exhibition attracted well-known companies in the industry such as BASF, Evonik, Dow Chemical, Wacker Chemical, Huntsman, Arkema, Solvay Group, AkzoNobel, Ashland, etc. According to the official data of the exhibition organizer, 91% of the audience of this European Coatings Show are decision makers of the company's procurement. It means that for exhibitors, participating in the European Coatings Show is the best channel to deal with the decision-makers of companies from all over the world.
In recent years, the enthusiasm of Chinese coating raw material companies to participate in foreign coating exhibitions has been increasing. In 2019, more than 220 Chinese companies participated in the European coating exhibition, such as Wanhua Chemical, Zhejiang Fenghong, Jiangsu Sanmu, Anhui Shenjian, Lomon Billions, Venus Titanium Dioxide, Ananda Titanium, Jinan Yuxing, Kuncai Technology, Runtai Chemical, Shuangle Pigment, etc. These exhibitors have achieved good exhibition results.
