PJN-05 is a relatively high-purity powder with single-crystal particle size of approximately 10 micrometers and average particle size of 5~8 micrometers. It exhibits a hexagonal platelet morphology, undergoes specialized purification treatment, and features uniform crystalline phase distribution. PJN-05 is applied in fields such as high-temperature insulating additives, thermally conductive additives, and hot-pressed boron nitride (HPBN).
