Description

Fine Powder PTFE is sort of low-molecular white ultra fine powder produced by special manufacturing process. Because of the extremely stable molecular structure, Fine Powder PTFE has some excellent characteristics. Such as chemical resistance, thermal stability, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, non-stick ability, and self-lubrication property. With good dispersion, Fine Powder PTFE can be applied as additive in inks, coatings, engineering plastics, lubricants, etc to improve the base materials' functional performance.

Application

Widely used in engineering plastics, modified resin, PTFE cable.

Additives in coatings, high corrosion fluorocarbon coatings.

Applied as additive in inks,ink jet printer powder.

Used as a senior mechanical drive lubricating oil, High oil at low speed. Textile roller non-stick coating.

Used as a military special material and high value-added products, etc.

Performance

With good compatibility and dispersion, Powder PTFE can give solvent coating, powder coating and ink etc excellent smoothness, abrasive resistance and scratch resistance.

Packing

The product is packed in moisture proof cardboard drum with two layers of PE bags, 20/25kgs net weight per cardboard drum.

Storage

Easy to absorb moisture, should be stored in a ventilative, dry place

Caution

Can be heated at a temperature under 120℃ before use to keep the good dispersion characteristic. Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
