Four Leading Titanium Dioxide Enterprises Collectively Announced Price Increase
On the evening of January 31, Lomon Group, which is the first in the industry volume, took the lead in announcing that according to the domestic and international titanium dioxide market situation, the price committee of Lomon Group has decided that since February 1, 2023, the sales price of each type of titanium dioxide (including sulphate titanium dioxide and chloride titanium dioxide) of the company will be increased by RMB1,000/tonne for all types of domestic customers on the basis of the original price, and for international customers of all types by US$150 per tonne.
Subsequently Huiyun Titanium Industry also announced that since February 2, 2023, on the basis of the existing titanium dioxide sales price, adjust the company's sales price of various types of titanium dioxide, which: domestic sales price for all types of customers increased by RMB 1,000 per tonne, and international export price for all types of customers increased by US$150 per tonne.
By the evening of February 1, CNNC Titanium White and Jinpu Titanium had also announced that they were going to raise their prices. The former increased the sales price of all types of the company's titanium dioxide from 2 February 2023, by RMB1,000 per tonne for domestic customers and US$150 per tonne for international customers. The latter will also increase the sales price of anatase and rutile titanium dioxide by RMB1,000 per tonne for all types of domestic customers and US$150 per tonne for all types of international customers with effect from 1 February 2023.
