At present, the company has applied for more than 1,300 patents for titanium dioxide production, comprehensive utilization of resources, efficient comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium magnetite and titanium sponge production, etc. It has more than 900 valid authorized patents, including nearly 260 invention patents and 5 international patents. We have participated in the formulation and revision of more than 20 national standards and 20 industry standards. The group's R&D team has undertaken nearly 30 scientific and technological achievements above the provincial level, of which 7 have been recognized as international advanced or international first, and the rest have been recognized as domestic leading level.
In the future, the company will further strengthen the construction of post-doctoral workstation jointly with universities and research institutes, and enhance the number and standard of post-doctoral training in strict accordance with the Measures for the Management of Post-doctors in Henan Province, so as to obtain the ability of independent post-doctoral training as soon as possible. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen the cooperation with postdoctoral stations of universities and colleges, actively introduce outstanding high-level talents, closely focus on the "neck" technology or process problems in the fields of titanium, zirconium, battery materials, rare/spare metals, etc., and cooperate in the preparation technology of high-performance, low-cost lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, low concentration/low content lithium We will introduce and train high-level talents in the preparation technology of high-performance and low-cost lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, separation and purification technology of low-concentration/low-content lithium resources, preparation technology of high-performance anode materials, key metal processing technology of titanium alloy, titanium reduction and comprehensive utilization technology of resources of titanium tailings in Panxi, etc. to further improve the soft power of talents and scientific and technological innovation of the company and boost the high-quality and rapid development of the Group's industries.
