Domestic Manufacturers Announced To Increase The Price Of TiO2

Domestic Manufacturers Announced to Increase the Price of TiO2

Under the influence of cost pressures and manufacturers of short-term production cuts, titanium dioxide companies have recently started the year's fourth round of price increases, which is expected to boost market confidence.

Following the announcement of LOMON on July 25 to increase the price of titanium dioxide, CHTI, JINPU, ANNADA and other manufacturers have also issued a price increase letter.

Since this year the cost of titanium dioxide at a high level, and titanium dioxide prices fell sharply because of weak demand, which brought greater operating pressure on the enterprise.

At present, the price of titanium dioxide raw material titanium ore and sulfuric acid are rising, and many enterprises themselves are in the red. Therefore, in the past few months, many enterprises have cut production or overhaul, and manufacturers are reluctant to continue to lower prices.

Another reason for this round of price adjustment is that the mainstream factory output declined and recent orders increased. Off-season mainstream producers part of the plant overhaul, the overall output decline; coupled with a number of downstream customers in July out of the bottom price to consider hoarding stocking orders, so that the formation of the mainstream factory orders on hand to increase, and thus the decline in inventories to support the enterprise at this time to increase prices.
