Photoinitiator TPO is a highly efficient type free radicals light initiator, mainly used for the corresponding UV polymerization curing of the resin.It is especially suitable for curing low yellowing, white system and thick film layer and deep curing of resin.

It can be used for uv curing coatings, silk screen printing inks, lithographic printing inks, flexo printing inks, wood coatings, printing inks, uv curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings, etc

Application:

TPO appears light yellow powder melting point is at 90-94'Cand it has enough solubility in active diluents. Since it has a wide range of absorption the typical absorptions are at 365nm 380nm 400 nm and the maximum absorption wavelength is about 425nmitsabsorption range is wider than conventional photoinitiators and it can absorb well different wavelength UV-lights. It can generate two free radicals--benzoyl and phosphorus acyl which both can initiate polymerization there foreits photo curing speed is fast and that it has light-decolourizatiois suitable for thick film deep curing more over the coating doesn't turn to yellow and it is also fit for water base with the characteristic of low volatility mild smell and anti-yellowing.

This product usually be used in the white system can be used in UV cure coatings printing ink UV curing adhesives optical fiber coating slight stabilizer light polymer ization form estereo surface plate resin composite materials and teeth filling material etc..

The usage of this product should base on the results of practical experiments and the suggested volume of addition is 0.5-5 % (w/w).

In consideration of that TPO also absorbs a little in the visible region it should be protected from light in the process of storage and transportation.
