Silicone Microspheres

Environmental friendly silicone microspheres are a versatile functional new material, currently mainly used as an additive for light diffusion materials. In the production of optical diffusion plates and films, it has high compatibility and good dispersion in resins. It can be added to PC, PS,  PMMA, PET, and MS to produce optical diffusion plates and films.

This product has a regular morphology, narrow particle size distribution, no yellowing, no black spots, strong color resistance, and is insoluble, non fusible, and excellent heat resistance. Compared to acrylate polymers, organosilicon diffusers have the characteristics of good light diffusivity, high haze, small addition, and low unit cost. The light diffusing materials made have high impact strength, and the balance between haze and transmittance is easy to adjust.

Silicone microspheres are particularly suitable for and have been widely used in high-end LED lamp shades, lamp tubes, light boxes, liquid crystal display light diffusion plates, and other fields. It can also be used in cosmetics, coatings, inks, rubber, and other industries to improve the dispersion of pigments and powders in formulations, effectively improving the lubricity and feel of products. It can also be used in packaging materials for polyester films to improve the anti adhesion performance of packaging films.
