TIOXHUA® R-2196 to be produced by sulphate process is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment treated with zirconium oxide and alumina. It has the characteristics of high coverage, high weatherability, high gloss and high whiteness, and is applied to solvent-based coatings with high requirements for hue.
