Enamel-grade titanium dioxide is one of the two main varieties of titanium dioxide, a subdivision of anatase titanium dioxide, with high purity, good whiteness, bright color, uniform particle size, strong refractive index and high achromatic power, with strong emulsion and opacity, so that the coating after enameling thin, smooth and acid-resistant, in the enamel manufacturing process can be mixed evenly with other materials, non-caking, easy to fuse and other advantages.
Enamel is coated with a special layer of borosilicate glass (also known as porcelain enamel, enamel) on the metal blank after firing products, porcelain enamel has excellent emulsification and acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, metal protection and beautification role. Porcelain enamel must have emulsion properties to make the enamel opaque, white porcelain enamel must have stronger emulsion.
